Session costs

The first discussion lasts about 20 to 30 minutes and it's free.
Sessions last 1-2 hours and are RM400 by direct deposit and $100 or £80 by Paypal.
The final review session lasts about 20 to 30 minutes and it's free.

Usually the first few sessions will last up to 2 hours and final sessions an hour or so.
A package of 6 paid sessions works out on average at RM240, $60 or £46 an hour.
Here's a blog post "How long does therapy take? Do I have to spend months and years at it?"

If you are in Asia and living on a local salary, tell me and we can work out a deal.

Note: I charge by the session and not by the minute as is standard practice. I do this because I think it's vital for getting good results. If you have to stop because your hour is up, or you are worried about having to pay extra if you talk too much, then we may miss something.

After we talk, you get a therapy plan so you can estimate what treatment will cost.
